GP Treasure Verses

The more we expose our hearts to God’s Word, the more He inclines our
hearts to Him.


Treasure Verse #1: Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to selfish gain! Psalm 119:36

Treasure Verse #2: so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Phil. 2:10-11

Treasure Verse #3…work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Phil. 2:12-13

Treasure Verse #4: I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. Phil. 3:8

Treasure Verse #5: Rejoice in the Lord always, again I will say, rejoice. Phil 4:4

Treasure Verse #6:…for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. Phil 4:11

Treasure Verse #7: Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Psalm 34:8

Treasure Verse #8: For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9 

Treasure Verse #9: I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world. John 16:33

Treasure Verse #10: Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting! Psalm 139: 23-24

Treasure Verse #2: Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain. 1 Cor. 15:58

Treasure Verse #3: Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. 1 Cor 13: 4-8

Treasure Verse #4. knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus and bring us with you into his presence. 2 Cor 4:14

Treasure Verse #5. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31

Treasure Verse #6: Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Mt. 26:41

Treasure Verse #10: that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations. Psalm 67:2

Treasure Verse #11: And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Phil. 1:6

Treasure Verse #8 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4

Treasure Verse #9 Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God. 1 Peter 2:16

Treasure Verse #10 The prayer of a righteous man has great power as it is working. James 5:16

Treasure Verse #3 and 4: Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

Treasure Verse #5: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

Treasure Verse #6: Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! Psalm 46:10

Treasure Verse #7: And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

Treasure Verse #8: For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. 1 Corinthians 15:22

Treasure Verse #9: Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:10

Treasure Verse #10 and 11: Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of His glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. Jude 24-25

Treasure Verse #12: Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6

Treasure Verse #13: And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
